Schematic diagram (Schéma)
A simplified drawing of an object or system that allows understanding how elements interact to achieve the use function.
Functional representation (Représentation fonctionnelle)
A representation that breaks down the use function into technical functions and associates each of them with the technical solutions chosen to achieve it.
Technical functions (Fonctions techniques)
The intermediate actions that, together, enable the object to achieve its use function.
Technical solutions (Solutions techniques)
The parts or systems that constitute the object and interact to perform a technical function.
Information (Informations)
Events that an automated object must detect in order to adapt its operation.
Energy (Énergies)
What is used by the object or system to cause a change of state and perform the desired action.
Internal block diagram (SYSML)
A representation that allows visualizing what enters the system, the circulation of information and energy inside the system, as well as what is obtained (the technical function).
