-Implement strategies to promote mental health and wellbeing
-Strengthen the prevention and treatment of substance abuse
-Fund healthcare services and qualified mental healthcare staff
-Strategies respond early to reduce health and wellbeing risks and manage emergency situations

Risk factors- poor quality roads, lack of laws and law enforcement, unsafe vehicles
-Driver behaviour is a major influence (speed, dui, risk taking behaviours)
-Other risk factors: Not wearing helmets, seat belts, phones, child restraints
