Career Planning

Personal Factors
Internal individual attributes that influence career choices, including core values, physical and mental health, interests, personality traits, and innate talents.
Social Factors
Interpersonal and cultural influences originating from family expectations, parental guidance, financial needs, peer opinions, community norms, and broader societal values.
Environmental Factors
External macro conditions that impact job availability, such as economic shifts, labor market demand, emerging tech industries, regional opportunities, and geographical constraints.
Core Values
Guiding principles such as autonomy, creativity, or service that anchor what matters most to an individual in their work and foster intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction.
Self-Awareness
The practice of honest self-assessment and objective reflection used to distinguish internal desires and personal goals from external expectations and peer pressure.
Fair Compensation
A fundamental employee right to receive just, legal, and timely remuneration for the work performed.
Minimum Wage (NCR)
The baseline legal daily wage in the National Capital Region (as of July 18, 2025), set at ₱695/day (₱86.88/hr) for non-agriculture and ₱658/day (₱82.25/hr) for agriculture, service/retail, and small manufacturing.
Overtime Pay
