Countervailing duty

(Компенсационная пошлина) a tax that is introduced by a government to protect the economy from unfair competition and to stop imported goods being sold at prices which are lower than in the country where they were made.

Duty rate

(Ставка пошлины) the part of the price of something that you pay in tax.

Administrative offence

(Административное правонарушение) an illegal action or a crime relating to the work of a company or organization.

Free trade zone

(Зона свободной торговли) a zone where goods can be brought into a country without paying tax on them.

Executive authority

(Исполнительная власть) a group of people who have the power to make decisions.

Currency control

(Валютный контроль) a method that limits the amount of money that a country uses or its growth.

Subsidized products

(Субсидируемые товары) the costs on goods that are partly paid by government or organization.

Anti-dumping duty

(Антидемпинговая пошлина) a tax on goods brought into a country that is intended to protect an industry in that country from competition abroad

Customs clearance

(Таможенная очистка) the allowance of the goods to enter or leave the country after all the necessary checks.

Federal body

(Федеральный орган) a group of people relating to the government of a country rather than the government of one state and who work together for a particular purpose.
