Regional Accreditation

Accreditation sponsored by the United States Dept of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation that is awarded to a particular institution and encompasses all programs offered at that institution.

Programmatic Accreditation

Accreditation awarded to a specific program within an institution by a specialized review committee such as JRC-DMS, JRCNMT, or JRCERT.
