Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 (Section 1)

Bans specific dog types: Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Japanese Tosa, and XL Bully.

Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 (Section 3)

Makes it an offence for any dog to be dangerously out of control in any place.

Control of Dogs Order 1992
