A dashboard inside Content Builder.
From Name: The sender identity display.
Subject Line: The primary inbox text line.
Preheader: The preview text that sits directly beneath or next to the subject line in an inbox.
From Email Address: The verified, authenticated reply-to or from-address domain.
Email Body Mockup: A visual window that renders the entire layout of the email template.
Collaboration Notes & Comments: Reviewers can click directly onto areas of the email mockup to drop pin-point annotations and comments (e.g., pointing out a typo or requesting an image change) before clicking "Approve" or "Decline".

Launch the approval process from the
Content Builder grid: You can hover over a specific email draft directly within your standard folder view/grid and submit it into the workflow
Approvals dashboard: Content Builder → drop down menu appears, click ‘Approvals’
When you’re creating an email: While building or reviewing your message inside the email editor, you can submit the draft directly to your review team before saving or exiting

Status: The initial reviewer has looked at it, and it is passed along to the final approver.
Pending Resubmission
Status: The email was declined/rejected and is now back in the creator's court for edits.
Submitted
Status: the submitter submits email for review.
Pending approval
Status: email has been submitted into a workflow and is actively waiting for an authorized reviewer or approver to take action. The email cannot be edited by general users while in this state. This prevents accidental changes during the review.

No - approval process locks the overall email structure and rules as a static draft. Reviewers can see the dynamic content layout and rule definitions inside Content Builder. You should go to 'Preview and Test' tab

An approver will need to delete the approval in the approvals dashboard before the email can be edited. Once this is complete, the email can be edited and then submitted for approval.
