Plunder

Describes the action of forcefully stealing from someone or from a place. Generally occurs in a tumultuous setting (like war), it tends to be hasty, violent, and disorganized.

Valor

A quality or trait (which is an abstract “thing” or “idea”) and is there for considered a noun. It is not used to describe someone (like an adjective); instead someone “has” or can possess it. (Bravery)

Guile

Sneaky intelligence; the ability to trick or deceive someone. A quality or trait (which is an abstract “thing” or “idea”). It is not used to describe someone (like an adjective); instead someone “has” or can possess it.

To Cower

To crouch or shrink back in fear or shame.

Shroud

Something (usually a cloth) that covers, screens, or protects something. An object, somewhat like a blanket.

To Shroud

To cover or conceal, when used as a verb, it describes the action of obscuring something from view. Could be achieved with a cloth. Clouds or mist, or anything that may impede someone’s view.

Tumult

A commotion or a disorderly/confusing uprising or uproar. Could be in a crowd, a city, or even in someone’s mind when they are agitated. A state of being.

Guise

An external appearance, usually concealing the true nature of something. This could be a literal costume or disguise but it could also be a fake action.

Renowned

Famous or widely known (for something). Describes a person or place that is “famous” or “well known.”

Jostile

To bump, push, or shove roughly (like with elbows in a crowd); to knock or shake something out of position.

Implacable

Impossible to satisfy or soothe/ calm down. A person who is stubbornly upset or very very difficult to please.
