Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI)

Improves the health system needed to provide effective management of childhood illnesses.

Improves family and community practices related to child health and home care.

Sick Young Infant Recording Form

used for infants younger than 2 months. It helps health workers identify serious illnesses early because young infants can become severely ill very quickly

Sick Child Recording Form

sed for children 2 months up to 5 years old. It helps health workers assess the child’s overall condition instead of focusing only on the main complaint

Weight-for-Age Chart

used to determine whether a child has low weight for age. The child’s weight is compared with age-specific growth standards for boys and girls
