Density Altitude (Warmer than Standard OAT)
The altitude condition that occurs when the outside air temperature (OAT) at a given altitude is warmer than standard, causing density altitude to be higher than pressure altitude.
FAA-H-8083-25 (Density Altitude Rule)
The FAA publication reference (associated with codes PLT206, PA.I.F.K2a, PH.I.F.K2a) stating that if the temperature is above standard, the density altitude will be higher than pressure altitude.

Figure 8 (Question 3294)
The density altitude performance chart used to determine density altitude for conditions including an altimeter setting of 29.25, runway temperature of +81×F, and airport elevation of 5,250 ft MSL.
