Neuropsychiatric Symptoms

mood/behavior changes, hallucinations, unusual dreams, suicidal thoughts, depression, worsening agitation

serotonin syndrome

clonus/hyperreflexia, sweating, fever, diarrhea, agitation

EPS

dystonia, akathisia, parkinsonism/ late tardive dyskinesia

NMS

severe ridgidity, high fever, altered mental status, ANS instability

MAOI hypertensive crisi

marked hypertension, chest pain, severe headahce, neuro symptoms

Lithiuim Toxicity

worsening tremors, confusion, ataxia, vomiting/diarrhea

agranulocytosis

fever/sore throat, infection, body ache

iodism

metallic taste, sore gums, angioedema, salivation, rash

ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome

enlarged ovaries, ascites —> fluid retention, rapid weight gain, SOB

hypercalcemia

weakness, bone pain, confusion, kidney stones, fatigue, constipation, nausea

hypocalcemia

twitching, muscle cramps, tingling

hypoglycemia

sweating, tremors, tachycardia, confusion, hunger, irritability —> seizures, death

water intoxication

fluid retention, hyponatremia, headache —> seizures

hyperthyroidism
