22nd Amendment

Limits the term of the President.
Can't be elected President more than twice
President can be elected as president more than once
President can only be elected to two terms and cannot serve more than 10 years
President who has already done two terms cannot finish someone's term
FDR served 12 years

20th Amendment

Article 1, Section 4 of the Constitution was modified by section 2 of this amendment.
Section 1:
Sets the date for when a president's term begins.
VP's & President's term ends at noon on January 20th
Senators and representatives end at noon on January 3rd

25th Amendment

Deals with presidential succession.
Section 1:
In case of removal from office or of his death or resignation, the vice president shall become president.
Section 2:
Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of Vice President, the president shall nominate a vice president with majority vote of both houses of congress (2/3 or 67 vote)
Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution was affected by this amendment
VP was subject to the President's resignation from office (Congress would then choose who became President)
