SLIDE 1: Title Slide

  • “Welcome to the masterclass, Breaking the Rush Cycle: why you can’t slow down in motherhood, and the nervous system method that changes everything.”

  • “I’d like to start by asking you this:”

    • “What if burnout isn’t a willpower problem?”

    • “What if everything you’ve tried hasn’t worked because you’ve been solving the wrong problem?”

  • (Pause. Let the questions sit for a full breath.)

  • “That’s why today is not another masterclass telling you to do more self-care, sleep better, or add a morning routine. If that had worked, you wouldn’t be here.”

  • “Today we’re going somewhere most burnout conversations never go. We’re going to the root.”

  • “I’m going to take a guess that if you showed up here today, you are a woman who has tried. Hard. And you keep trying.”

  • (Slow down.) “The trying was never the problem. Today, we talk about what is.”

SLIDE 2: Intro

  • Katie Bowman... by trade have spent the last decade as an acute care mental health OT and nervous system specialist.

  • But first and foremost, I am just a regular mom who most certainly did not have it all figured out when I first became a mother, despite my training.

3
New cards

SLIDE 2: Intro II

  • I experienced firsthand what we as women — as mothers — are expected to carry:

    •  The invisible load.

    • The emotional labor.

    •  The showing up, for everyone and everything

  • I went looking for real solutions. Ones that actually worked with the nervous system of a mother.

    • Something that accounted for matrescence, the profound neurobiological transition of becoming a mother, when your hormones are in flux and your brain restructures itself to care for your baby.

  •  And what I found instead was bubble baths. Planners. Lotions and cortisol drinks and supplements. Things that might feel  good for a bit but change nothing longterm.

  • I knew at my core that these were all superficial fixes for a much deeper issue…chronic nervous system dysregulation

  • I realized very quickly that if I wanted a system designed for mothers. A system that rewires the nervous system from the ground up — in the right sequence — so that regulation is not something you have to chase. It becomes something you live.

  • I’d have to do what any determined woman would do…build it.

SLIDE 3: You’re in the right place if

Now I want to do an energy check so you can tell whether you’re in the right place today if:

  • “Have you ever bought something at Target you did not need, a candle, a face mask, a journal, a supplement, just to feel like you were doing something about the way you were feeling? Because the overwhelm needed somewhere to go.”

  • “Or have you run a bath, lit the candles, gotten in, and cried? Not because it wasn’t nice. Because you knew it wasn’t going to fix anything, and as soon as you got out, the overwhelm would start right back up.”

  • “Have you started a new routine, the morning pages, the workout, the supplements, and by Wednesday it was gone? Not out of laziness. Because you were already running on empty before you started.”

  • “Are you tired? Not sleepy tired. Soul tired. The kind that a good night’s sleep, a girls’ trip, or a long weekend does not touch.”

  • New line: “Have you ever felt overwhelming guilt because you know you should be grateful? You know these are the days you will someday miss. And yet you feel like a shell of the woman you used to be, and you are drowning in how overwhelmed you are, and how there is just no time.”

  • (Pause. Let that one land.)

  • “If any of these resonated for you, then you are exactly in the right place.”

SLIDE 4: Something isn’t adding up

Now when I do into the research I noticed something very quickly…Something just wasn’t adding up

-One of the most talked about topics about motherhood is motherhood burnout and yet mothers are more burnt out now than ever.

-I'm sorry to have to tell you this but

*We have been Sold a Lie by the wellness industry.

  • They have done a really good job of convincing us that when we are struggling and burnt out and at our wits end...

*Haven’t found the right tool.

  • We simply have not found the perfect planner, or routine, or diet,  or boundary, or mindset, or supplement. You name it.

  • They have us pegged in an algorithm that shows us what everyone else is doing to find relief.

  • It makes us think we are doing something wrong,

  • and then your next swipe serves up a product, perfectly curated and perfectly placed, to release that pressure valve just a little bit.

*Dopamine surge

  • So we buy it. And it works, for a moment. We get just enough of a dopamine surge, riding on the promise that this one might release that pressure valve a little more than the last thing did.

  • And it works…for a little while but self-care feels good…but just long enough for that dopamine surge to wear off

*not a solution just a distraction

  • then the pressure builds again, and we go looking for the next thing.

  • Because the truth is... a dopamine hit is not a solution it's a distraction from fixing the root cause and keep us purchasing...and it’s all dressed up as self-care.

*Need to address the root

-Remember what I said at the start: the trying was never the problem.

-We have been releasing the pressure without ever asking where it comes from.

-We are treating the smoke and calling it the fire. What we really need to do is extinguish the fire.

6

SLIDE 5 Part I: The Lie You’ve Been Sold Part I

  • Bridge: So what is the fire? To find out, I want to look at the advice we have all been handed.

  • I’m guessing that every woman who shows up to this masterclass has heard at least one of these as the fix for burnout:

    • A boundaries problem: just learn to say no.

      • She has likely tried this and ended up with guilt on top of the exhaustion.

    • A delegation problem: just ask for help.

      • For a woman who is the household’s project manager, this one lands hard. Asking often takes more energy than doing it herself, and the one question people rarely ask is who she is supposed to ask.

    • A rest problem: just slow down, put on your own oxygen mask first.

      • It connects to your title, since slowing down is exactly what she cannot do.

    • A standards problem: just let go of perfectionism, lower the bar.

      • Many high achievers hear this as “you’re too much,” and it quietly makes the problem her personality.

  • These are not bad ideas. Some of them even help, temporarily. But they all share one fatal flaw. (Pause.) Can you spot it?

  • They all place the blame on the behavior of the mother. Every single one says the problem is you.

  • They are all treating burnout as a behavioral problem. And burnout is not a behavioral problem. It is a physiological problem.

  • (Say slowly and let every word land) You cannot behavior your way out of a physiological problem.

7

SLIDE 5 Part II: The Lie You’ve Been Sold

  • Plant the story: “Picture it. It’s 8:45pm. The kids are finally down. The house is quiet. And you cannot rest. Hold onto that moment, because we are coming back to it.”

  • “Here is the critical flaw everyone makes. Burnout is not a mindset issue. Burnout is happening in your body.”

  • “Constant demand means your body loses its signal of safety.”

  • “So it stays in chronic activation, fight or flight, until it crashes into forced shutdown.”

  • “Your body does not believe it is safe to rest. It is not recovering. It is surviving. And all of this happens below your awareness.”

  • “Until we get to the root and rewire that activation, your nervous system can read every strategy meant to help as one more demand. That is why nothing has worked so far.”

  • (Slow way down.) “This is not a character flaw. It is not a discipline problem. It is not a you problem.”

  • “It is biology. Your nervous system is working exactly as it was designed to.”

  • Bridge: “And here is the good news. A nervous system can be rewired to find safety again. Let me show you how it works.”

Slide 6: Neuroception

  • Opening
“Let’s go deeper into why so much of what you’ve tried hasn’t stuck.”

  • Introduce the concept
“I want to tell you about a concept called neuroception.”

  • The smoke detector image
“Think of it as a smoke detector running in the background of your body. You never decide to turn it on. It’s already on, as long as the batteries are in. It scans for safety, danger, and life threat, all below your awareness.”

  • What it does when it detects something
“When it picks up a cue, it sends a message, and your nervous system responds in one of three ways.”

  • Speed
“And it responds before you think. Your body decides first. Your thoughts catch up later.”

  • The aha
“Now imagine a smoke detector that has been going off for years. You’ve kept going anyway, because there is too much to do. It has become so sensitive that it goes off when you make toast. You can tell your body nothing is burning, and it keeps blaring anyway. That is neuroception doing its job a little too well. It’s scanning for danger below the level of thought, and it’s been set too sensitive through wired experience. That is not a willpower problem. That is a detector that needs recalibrating.”

  • Bridge
“So what are the three ways your body responds? Let me show you.”

SLIDE 7: Your Three Nervous System States

  • “We used to think of the nervous system as an on/off switch. That is not wrong, it just leaves out two pieces. One is neuroception. The other is that you are never simply on or off. You are always moving between three states.”

  • Ventral vagal, where we thrive. “Connected. Creative. Present. You can give, receive, and laugh. You feel like yourself. This is the state we are building toward.”

  • Sympathetic, the gas pedal. “Snappy. Reactive. Scanning for threats. You can still function here, but it costs you a huge amount of energy.”

  • Dorsal vagal, the emergency brake. “System shutdown. Brain fog. Flat, numb, or drained. Going through the motions. Scrolling on your phone. Your body senses so much threat that it is conserving energy just to survive.”

  • Chat prompt: “Type 1, 2, or 3 in the chat: which state were you in this morning?” (Let it fill. This turns a lecture into a mirror.)

  • (Pause.) “Here is what matters most: you cannot choose your state. Your nervous system chooses it based on how much threat it perceives.”

  • “So the path back is not willpower or discipline. The path back is through safety, and safety can be cultivated.”

  • Bridge: “So what does safe actually look like for a nervous system? Think of it as a window.”

10
New cards

SLIDE 8: The Optimal Zone (Window of Tolerance)

  • Bridge from slide 7: “You now know your nervous system moves between three states. Here is what decides how easily you get pushed out of the good one.”

  • “Think of your nervous system as a room with a window.” (Credit once: “This concept comes from Dr. Dan Siegel.”)

  • “Remember the smoke? Smoke is everything you feel: the stress, the overwhelm, the snapping, the fog.”

  • “And remember the fire? The fire is a nervous system that has been on alert for so long it lost its signal of safety.”

  • “The window is what that fire does to the room.”

  • Small window: “The smoke has nowhere to go. It fills the room. You can’t see clearly, thinking is hard, and everything takes more effort. That is why a spilled cup of milk can feel like the end of the world. You are not overreacting. Your window got small.”

  • Wide window: “The smoke moves out. The air clears. You can see, think, and respond. Hard things still happen, but they do not fill the whole room.”

  • “The goal is not a life with no smoke. You have kids and a job, so there will be smoke. The goal is a window wide enough that the smoke has somewhere to go.”

  • The zones (tied to slide 8)

    • Above the window, hyper-arousal (the gas pedal): “The smoke is so thick you want to run out of the room. Anxious, angry, overstimulated, at your breaking point.”

      • Early warning: “Irritation rising. You want to raise your voice, but you hold it in. you’re angry cleaning ”

    • Inside the window, ventral vagal: “You can think clearly, make decisions, and stay connected. You feel like yourself.”

    • Below the window, hypo-arousal (the emergency brake): “You stop fighting the smoke and go numb or disengage. Frozen, disconnected, zero energy, collapse. It is not that you don’t want to do anything. You literally can’t the smoke is too thick.”

      • Early warning: “Zoning out. Decreased energy, low motivation, brain fog, Checked out for the day.”

    Close of slide

    • “Your window doesn’t shrink because of something you did or didn’t do. It shrinks when the fire burns for too long with not enough cues for safety.”

    • “And you cannot clear a smoke-filled room by working harder inside it. Fanning the smoke gets you a few clear breaths. It does not put out the fire….we need to find the fire, address it and open the window”

    • Bridge: “So why does this fire keep burning, even when you are doing everything right? To answer that, we need to look at the machine running the show.”

11
New cards

SLIDE 9: The Machine Running the Show

Part 1: The setup (short)

  • “I want to answer the question that’s under everything we’ve covered so far: why can’t I slow down, even when I’m exhausted?”

  • “To rewire a nervous system, we first have to understand how it works. Your brain is running four programs in the background. None of them are flaws. They’re design features. Under chronic stress, they start working against you.”

  • The efficiency machine: “Your brain saves energy by automating whatever you repeat. Every time you push through exhaustion, it files that as normal.”

  • Pain avoidant: “It chooses familiar pain over unknown relief. Every single time.”

  • Pleasure seeking: “It grabs the fastest relief available, and it treats familiar as safe, even when familiar is quietly destroying you.”

  • The closed feedback loop: “And the fourth is the one that locks the other three in. I’ll show you that in a moment.”

  • Bridge: “Let me walk you through one ordinary day, and you’ll see all of them run.”

Part 2: A day in the machine

(Name each feature as a quiet tag. Do not re-explain it. The day does the teaching.)

  • 6am (efficiency machine): “It’s 6am and the alarm goes off. You’re already behind. Lost shoes, a raised voice, cold coffee. You push through it like you always do, because you’re tired and there’s no other option. Today’s scramble isn’t a choice. It’s an automated response.”

  • The day (overwhelm): “Then the day keeps going. Work, kids, dinner, bedtime. You’re running hot the whole way.”

  • 8:45 (pain avoidant): “Then it’s 8:45. The kids are finally down and the house goes quiet. For a second, it feels nice. Then you sit down to decompress and it gets uncomfortable, like you should be doing something. Rest is right there, and your body won’t take it.”

    • (Pause. Let it sit.) “Wired and tired is a pain it knows. Rest is a relief it doesn’t recognize.”

  • The scroll (pleasure seeking): “So you pick up your phone. One episode, one more scroll, one more ‘just a few minutes for me.’ It feels like relief, because it is a hit of relief.”

  • The spiral (guilt and shame): “And then comes the cruelest part. Instead of resting, you spiral. You tell yourself you’re failing. And from that depleted, guilty place, you white knuckle your way into tomorrow.”

  • (Pause.) “If you’re nodding right now, you are not alone. I have lived every one of those moments.”

SLIDE 9 Part II: The Rush Cycle

The Rush Cycle

Part 1: The reveal

  • (Click to the graphic. Say nothing for a beat.)

  • “What you just lived through has a name. I call it The Rush Cycle.”

  • “And once you see it, you cannot unsee it.”

Part 2: The four stages

  • Overexertion: “You push, perform, and white knuckle it, because stopping feels like failing.”

  • Overwhelm: “The cracks show. You snap, you cry in the car, you feel one text away from losing it.”

  • Forced immobilization: “Your body makes the stop you would never choose. Or the house goes quiet and you still cannot rest.”

  • Guilt and shame: “Instead of resting, you spiral. And that guilt is the fuel that restarts the whole thing.”

  • The turn: “Guilt sends you back to the start. That is why it’s a cycle and not a bad day.”

Part 3: Why it keeps spinning

  • “Here is the fourth program: the closed feedback loop. Your thoughts, your body, and your environment all reinforce each other, so the longer it spins, the more efficient it gets.”

  • “And here’s the part that explains everything. Change can feel like a threat. Every new routine, every best effort, your nervous system can read as one more demand, and it hits the brakes. Not because you’re broken. Because it’s protecting you.”

  • (Say slowly.) “The harder you try, the tighter the cycle gets. That is not a motivation problem. That is biology.”

  • “The Rush Cycle is how the fire keeps itself fed.”

Part 4: The lightbulb

  • “So here is why you can’t slow down. Slowing down is unfamiliar, and your nervous system treats unfamiliar as unsafe.”

  • “It’s not a personality trait. It’s not laziness. It’s a nervous system that has never been given a safe exit. It isn’t broken. It has just gotten really good at surviving.”

  • (Pause.) “If you’ve ever wondered why you can’t slow down, even when you’re exhausted, even when the house is finally quiet, this is why. It was never you.”

  • (Let that sit for a full breath before the bridge.)

Bridge into slide 10

  • “That 6am scramble is where the cycle begins, and it is why 8:45 looks the way it does. You have tried everything to change both. Here is why none of it worked.”

13
New cards

SLide 10: Why None of It Worked

  • “Every program, every routine, every habit stack asks you to make a change on top of a nervous system that is already in the Rush Cycle.”

  • “You know how this goes. You want it with everything you have. You set the alarm. You lay out the workout clothes. You mean it this time. And by Wednesday, it is gone.”

  • “Not because you are not trying hard enough. Because your body is doing its job, keeping you where it believes you are safe, even when where you are is wearing at every fiber of you being.”

  • “You cannot build a new life on top of an dysregulated nervous system. It’s like building a foundation on quicksand”

  • Bridge: “So if change cannot start with the routine, where does it start? It starts with one word.”

14
New cards

SLide 11: The one thing that changes everything

  • Say one word, slowly.) “Safety.”

  • “ The starting point that makes every other thing possible.”

  • “The wellness industry built an empire worth billions on skipping this step. The products, the coaches, the gurus all go straight to the behavior, because behavior is sellable.”

  • “Remember the smoke and the fire? Every bubble bath, planner, and routine fans the smoke. It can feel good for a moment. But the fire is a nervous system that lost its signal of safety, and the only thing that puts out that fire is safety.”

  • “And here is the catch. Fanning the smoke is not sustainable, so you keep coming back for the next thing. Safety is not a product. It is a physiological state.”

  • “The Regulated Mama’s resources are different. We do not start with routines or behavior change. We start by signaling safety to the nervous system, letting it know that change is not a threat. It is a necessity.”

  • “We start by slowing the flywheel down.”

  • “That is why I took on the monumental task of building this program. With a 21-month-old and a newborn. It is the only program built in the right order for the nervous system of a mother. I refused to skip this step.”

  • “Because when we signal safety, your capacity to change, to grow, to learn, and to become the version of yourself you have been trying to get back to comes back online.”

  • (Slow, with quiet conviction.) “You cannot build a new life from a body that feels under threat. But when the body feels safe, everything changes.”

  • Bridge: “So the question becomes: how do we actually do this?”

15
New cards

SLIDE 12: The ADE Method

  • “Here is how. This is the ADE Method, the proprietary framework built into everything we do at The Regulated Mama.”

  • “It starts by meeting your nervous system where it is right now, with the capacity you actually have. And it starts by signaling safety.”

  • The A= Awareness.

    • Awareness gets your body signaling safety. We aren't trying to change anything yet we are just becoming aware.

  • -The D =Design

    • -Once our nervous system starts to trust us again we being to design a life your nervous system can actually thrive on.

    • -Not a perfect life.... a life where your learn to work with your natural rhythms, not against them.

  • -The E= (Pause.) “This is the framework that changes everything. And here is why.”

    • Then we evolve. This is where we implement our behavior changes. From a place of safety...not survival. This is where the woman inside the mother comes back to life.

  • (Pause.) “This is the framework that changes everything. And here is why.”

SLIDE 13: Why Nothing Else has worked

Most other programs hand you the destination and say "GO":

-Build the routine

-Be more present

-Show up differently

-They hand you the coordinates with no starting point and no roadmap...

-just a gap between where you are now and where you are supposed to be.

-The cheery on top is the shame we feel for not being able to close the gap successfully.

-The problem is you can't think your way out of a dysregulated nervous system. This is how we do it differently:

-We start with Awareness:

-We start with a vision, a true north. You get radically clear on the destination you are aiming for...what you actually want not what you think you should strive for or someone else's expectation

-Then we Design:

-we build the roadmap to get you there.

-The structure

-the rhythm

-the capacity to sustain and keep your in your calm state

-Last we Evolve:

-This is the part where all the other programs start ...but us as the customer are unable to sustain...because they didn't build a foundation.

-This is where we stop forcing and start unfurling

-Where growth stops feeling like a grind and starts feeling like coming home.

*I want to show you a sneak peek into the full system in just a moment but first I have a gift for you

17
New cards

SLIDE 14: Breathwor

  • “I want to give you something you can actually feel and walk away with today.”

  • “This is not a complete solution by any means. It is a proof of concept. A small taste of what it feels like when your body gets a signal of safety.”

  • “I want you to leave today with a couple of tools to start signaling safety to your nervous system, and to start building trust back with your body.”

  • “And we always start with the breath.”

  • “Why the breath? Because it’s free, it’s portable, and it’s one of the fastest ways to send a calming signal to your nervous system.”

  • Before: “Notice how your body feels right now. Give it a number from 1 to 10, where 10 is completely wound up. Just hold that number to yourself.”

  • (Lead your breathwork here, 60 to 90 seconds. Invite them to keep their eyes open or closed, and to stop if anything feels uncomfortable.)

  • After: “Check in again. Did your number move, even by one?”

  • “If it did, that is your nervous system responding. That is proof of concept. And it took about a minute.”

  • “This is not a routine to add to your list. It is a signal. A way of telling your body, right now, that it is safe.”

18
New cards

SLIDE 15: Vagus n. Techniques

  • (Go over the slide.)

  • “I want to be honest with you about what these are, and what they are not.”

  • “These are not a bubble bath. A bubble bath feels good for a moment and the overwhelm comes right back. When you practice these over time, with repetition, you are building your nervous system’s capacity to return to safety faster and faster.”

  • “The window widens. The flywheel starts to slow, and to spin toward safety.”

  • “But a technique alone is not a rewire. A technique is a tool.”

  • “A rewire takes the right tools, in the right order, applied consistently enough that your nervous system builds a new pattern.”

  • “I can’t give you the rewire in the time we have together. And that is because your nervous system deserves more than a rushed process.”

  • “There is a process. There is a system. There is a sequence. And it’s exactly what I’m going to give you a sneak peek of right now.”

SLIDE 16: This is Unrushed Mothers Academy

  • (Click to the 7-step visual. Pause a beat before speaking.)

  • “Whatever you noticed in your body just now, even something small, that is a taste of what becomes possible when your nervous system has a consistent signal of safety.”

  • “Now I want to show you the whole system. This is the Unrushed Mothers Academy.”

  • “Seven steps, in the right sequence, designed by a mother, for how a mother’s nervous system actually works.”

  • “Every step has a purpose. Every step builds on the last. And every step has your real life in mind, not a version of your life where you have more energy, more time, or fewer responsibilities.”

  • You already know the ADE Method. These seven steps are how it comes to life. The first three build Awareness. The next three build Design. And the seventh is Evolve, where growth finally happens, from safety, not survival.”

  • Bridge: “Let me walk you through it, step by step.”

20
New cards

SLIDE 17:Awareness

We start with awareness... we can't fix what we don't have awareness on

Step 1: Reflect: We get radically clear on what you actually want in motherhood! Not what you think you should be doing...or what the internet tells us we should want... but what you actually want. This becomes your north star

Step 2: Recognize: we find out where you are leaking energy the most with the life audit tool. You can't plug every hole all at once...it signal danger to the nervous system so we start by plugging the biggest hole and move from there.

Step 3: Review: We bring clarity to the patterns that have been subconsciously draining you or helping you.

*You cant navigate towards something better until you know where you are starting from.

21
New cards

SLIDE 18: Design

This is where the clarity we gain becomes structural.

-Real, liveable, and sustainable structure

-We start with rhythm:

*your nervous system already knows your natural patterns. It always has

*What we do here is stop fighting them and learn to work with your innate rhythms. This allows you to show up in alignment not matter what you have going on at any given moment

-Ritual: remember that feeling you just felt in the breathwork?

-The shift...the settling... this is where we learn to weave that into the fabric of our days.

-Small anchor points to reinforce the safety signal to our nervous sytem throughout the day

-Until something profound happens..before you know it your death grip loosens and you come to expect safety over chaos.

-Routine: This is where we design our days to support the whole woman...not just the roles she fills

-Because a nervous system that only runs on function will eventually result in the same burnout that brought you here in the first place.

*Important to remember that a nervous system with no room, for you (the woman underneath all the roles) will soon have no you left to give.

22
New cards

SLIDE 19: Evolve

  • “This is where most programs want to take you. But most of them can’t, because they never built the foundation.”

  • “We did. Step by step, we build awareness, design your path forward, and rewire your nervous system so it stops bracing for impact.”

  • (Pause.) “And then you feel it. A shift.”

  • “This is where the evolution unfolds. In this step, you learn the three pillars of the Firm Foundations Formula, the pillars that take you toward the vision of motherhood you have always dreamed of. The one where your light comes back on, and you become your most vital self.”

  • “This is what becomes possible:”

    • Expansive

    • Whole

    • Grounded

    • Fully yourself

  • (Slow.) “This is what it means to evolve.”

23
New cards

SLIDE 20: This is what regulated living looks like

  • (Click to the slide. Let her read the left side first.)

  • “On the left is where most of us live right now. Waking up already behind. Carrying the mental load alone at 2am. Giving your family your energy scraps. Snapping, shutting down, spiraling in guilt. White knuckling it until the weekend. And doing all of it alone.”

  • (Pause.) “If that is you, nothing is wrong with you. That is what a nervous system in the Rush Cycle looks like.”

  • “On the right is what becomes possible when the nervous system feels safe. Waking up ready for whatever the day brings. A system that holds it so you do not have to. Feeling genuinely present in your own life. And doing it inside a community of women who get it.”

  • “Same woman. Same kids. Same life. The difference is the signal your body is living in.”

  • Bridge: “So let me tell you how you can walk from the left side to the right.”

24
New cards

SLIDE 21: What Happens if Nothing Changes

  • “I want to be gentle with you here, and I want to be honest.”

  • “One year from now, the Rush Cycle is still spinning, just faster and more efficient. Remember, the longer it spins, the better it gets at it.”

  • “Your window of tolerance keeps narrowing. The smoke has even less room to go, so smaller things take you out harder, and for longer.”

  • “Your children grow up watching you survive instead of flow, and quietly learn that this is simply what life feels like.”

    • “And I say that without an ounce of blame. You did not choose survival. Your nervous system adapted, to the pace and pressure of modern motherhood, doing exactly what it was designed to do.”

  • “You keep pouring from a version of yourself that is perpetually running on empty.”

  • (Slow. Let it sit.) “You already know this. You can feel it. That feeling is why you are here today.”

  • Bridge: “And this is not where the story has to end. Let me show you what’s inside.”

SLIDE 23: Here’s What Your Nervous System Might Be Saying Right Now

  • “Some of you are hearing a voice right now. Let me say it out loud.”

  • “I don’t have time for another program.”

    • That makes sense. Nothing here asks you to add to the pile. We start with seeing, not doing. And this is the exact program that will allow you more time freedom and less overwhelm in the end.

  • “I’ve tried things before and nothing has worked.” “Of course it didn’t. We already talked about how everything you tried started at the end. This is the starting point you’ve never had.”

  • “I can’t justify spending money on myself.”

    • “When a mother’s nervous system finds calm, the whole house feels it. This isn’t just spending on yourself. It’s changing the climate of your home for the price of 2 target runs (if you get it within the 48hour window)

  • “I want to wait until the timing is better.”

    • “The timing will never be perfect. And a nervous system in survival will always say it’s not the time. That’s the brake talking.”

  • Close:

    • Again, The trying was never the problem for you…You simply never had the right starting point. The sequence was always wrong. And that was never your fault. The only thing left to try is  hthe right starting point and the right sequence.
