Adjective
A word that describes a noun (color, size, number, etc.).
Adverb
A word that describes a verb, adjective, or another adverb, often ending in -ly.
Annotating
Adding notes, comments, or highlights to explain or understand a text.
Apostrophe
A punctuation mark used to show possession or form contractions.
Clause
A group of words with a subject and a verb.
Compose
To write or create a piece of writing.
Conjunction
A word that connects words, phrases, or clauses (and, but, or).
Context
The surrounding information that helps explain meaning.
Contraction
A shortened form of words using an apostrophe (can't, don't).
Correspondence
Written communication, such as letters or emails.
Domestic
Related to home or within one country.
Ellipsis
Three dots (…) showing missing words or a pause.
Etiquette
Proper manners and behavior.
Hyphen
A punctuation mark (-) that joins words or word parts.
Interjection
A word or phrase showing emotion (wow, oh, hey).
Master
To learn or understand something very well.

A person, place, thing, or idea.
