Positive Uses of Technology
Wise and responsible applications of technology, including learning and gaining useful knowledge, finding educational information, communicating with others, developing useful skills, and supporting work and productive activities.
Negative Impacts of Technology
Misuse or overuse of technology, such as spending too much time on entertainment, receiving or spreading false information, using technology for harmful purposes, becoming dependent on technology instead of thinking independently, and using technology without considering its impact on others.
Q.S. Al-'Alaq/96: 1–5
Verses containing the first revelation received by Prophet Muhammad SAW, which begin with the command to read in the name of Allah, showing the importance of reading, learning, knowledge, and education.
Syu'abul Iman
The branches of faith (derived from Syu'ab meaning branches and Iman meaning faith or belief), referring to the different forms of belief, speech, and actions that show a person's faith.

Relationship between Iman, Islam, and Ihsan
The three interconnected concepts central to Syu'abul Iman, encompassing heart-centered belief (Iman), practical obedience and commands (Islam), and sincere, optimal worship (Ihsan).
Iman
The dimension of faith related to what we believe in our hearts, demonstrated through the Six Pillars of Faith.
Six Pillars of Faith
The essential beliefs of Iman: 1. Belief in Allah, 2. Belief in the angels, 3. Belief in the Books of Allah, 4. Belief in the messengers, 5. Belief in the Day of Judgment, 6. Belief in Qada and Qadar.
Islam
The dimension of faith related to obedience and putting Allah's commands into practice, demonstrated through the Five Pillars of Islam.
Five Pillars of Islam
The core practical acts of obedience in Islam: 1. Shahadah, 2. Prayer, 3. Zakat, 4. Fasting in Ramadan, 5. Hajj for those who are able.
Ihsan
Doing good deeds with sincerity and doing them in the best way, worshipping Allah as if seeing Him, or knowing that Allah always sees us if we cannot see Him (e.g., remaining honest during an exam even when the teacher is not watching).
Gratitude (Syukur)
Recognizing Allah's blessings, thanking Him, and using those blessings in a good and responsible way.
Keeping Promises
Fulfilling a commitment made to another person, which shows honesty, responsibility, and faith as commanded in Islam.
Guarding the Tongue
Controlling one's speech and thinking before speaking or posting, recognizing that words can bring benefit or cause harm, create conflict, or spread false information.
Aib
A person's disgrace, weakness, or private matter that should not be exposed unnecessarily; Islam teaches Muslims not to search for or expose other people's faults.
