What is a saturated solution?
A saturated solution is one that contains the maximum amount of solute that can be dissolved at a given temperature.
What is an unsaturated solution?
An unsaturated solution is one that has less solute than can be dissolved at a given temperature.
What is a supersaturated solution?
A supersaturated solution contains more solute than can normally be dissolved at a given temperature.
What is mass-mass percent?
Mass-mass percent is the mass of solute divided by the total mass of the solution multiplied by 100.
What is mass-volume percent?
Mass-volume percent is the mass of solute divided by the volume of the solution multiplied by 100.
What is volume-volume percent?
Volume-volume percent is the volume of solute divided by the volume of the solution multiplied by 100.
What is molarity?
Molarity is the number of moles of solute per liter of solution.
