Ageing

Mobility
The ability to freely move without experiencing feelings of discomfort, stiffness, or stress.
Longevity
The average lifespan under ideal conditions.
Health span
The period of time during which a person is healthy within his or her lifespan.
Mortality
The incidence or rate of death within a population, often measured by mortality rate or trends in cause of death.
Population
The number of people in a geographic area.
Demography
The statistical study of human populations.
Demographers
Professionals who analyze human populations using census data and surveys.
Migration
The movement of people away from their usual place of residence to a new place of residence.
Immigration
Moving into another country.
Emigration
Moving out of a country.
International Migration
Migration from one country to another.
Voluntary Migration
Movement of people by choice or one's own free will.
Forced Migration
Movement of people caused by events that force them to move against their will, such as war, famine, natural disaster, or political asylum.
Seasonal Migration
Also known as labour migration, the movement of people away from their homes to find a livelihood, usually on a temporary basis.
Planned Migration
Large-scale migration of people within a country, usually carried out by the government.
Refugees
Persons who, owing to well-founded fear, are forced to move against their will.
Legal Migrants
Individuals who enter into a country with a valid immigrant visa and proper documentation.
Illegal Migrant
A person who, owing to illegal entry or the expiry of her or his visa, lacks legal status in a transit or host country.

The exchange or sharing of information, ideas, and feelings through speaking, writing, or other media.
Digital
Information stored or used through digital signals or computer technology.
Script
Written characters or handwriting used to communicate information.
Electronic
Technology using components such as microchips and transistors to control electric currents.

Means of mass communication, including broadcasting, publishing, and the internet.
Broadcast Media
Media platforms that communicate information through radio, television, and internet platforms.
Print Media
Printed forms of communication such as newspapers, books, and magazines.
Performing Arts Media
Media that communicates messages through drama, music, dance, and other artistic performances.
