Jewelry, Makeup, Nail Polish, Fresh Tattoo, any respiratory infections, etc

What is to be worn/done prior to entering CNC

Hand Hygiene, ABHR, slicks tucked in, Long socks, Plant shoes or booties, hair net/beard cover

What must be worn while peridox is being used in level 2

Non-sterile mask, safety glasses, and non-sterile gloves

Material Transfer Process

Warehouse to MTL→MTL to CNC→Peridox, CNC to ISO 8→Peridox, ISO 8 to ISO 5→sIPA

What Must happen prior to placing materials into the CNC→Knitting pass through?

Ensure both doors to passthrough are shut (check green indicator light & both doors) & wipe shelf with sIPA

After wiping with Peridox and allowing 3 min dwell time, use sIPA to help with corrosion

Where to perform hand hygiene

Pal In Wet

Upon entering Kitting what should be donned

Immediately don a non-sterile frock, Apply ABHR, Don non-sterile gloves, spray gloved hands with sIPA, Don Safety Glasses

Level 2 walkthrough

Kitting→Pal in wet→Pal in dry→Weigh/Mix

What item is not needed in pal in wet if proceeding to level 3

Upon entering immediately spray hands with sIPA, don second pair of sterile gloves,spray hands with sIPA

Sterile Garb Warehouse to CNC

peridox, Peridox, sIPA, remove sterile bag of sterile garb from tote, wipe outside of sterile bag of garb with peridox, PPE must be worn when using peridox (non-sterile mask, safety glasses, amd non-sterile gloves) Transfer bag into CNC

Sterile Garb CNC→ ISO 8

Retrieve bin from passthrough, Don non-sterile gloves, Wipe bin (inside and out) with sIPA, Retrieve needed sterile garb from sterile bags in CNC, Place inside sterile garb transfer bin, Proceed to Pal-in Wet and begin garbing→Pal in Dry, apply ABHR don sterile gloves→ proceed to ISO 7 Anteroom to restock sterile garb
