Equation of motion
B³ = CD + DA
Constant Speed
An object travels at a constant speed if it does not increase or decrease its speed.
Speed Graph
A graph that shows the relationship between distance (position) and time.
Acceleration
The rate of change of speed or velocity over a specific amount of time.
Velocity
Speed in a given direction.
Rest (Stopped) on a Speed Graph
Represents an object that is at rest with a horizontal line.
Constant Velocity
When the velocity of an object remains the same, its rate of change does not increase or decrease.
Changing Acceleration
Indicated by a curved line on a graph, representing a change in acceleration.
Steeper incline on a speed graph
Represents faster acceleration.
Horizontal line on a speed graph
Indicates no speed or that the object is stopped.
