Warning for washing indigo jeans

1.) The indigo dye may stain other clothing, so we recommend washing it separately.

2.) Turn the garment inside out so that there is no unnatural fading due to friction. This will help the product retain it orginial look longer.

3.) Tell customers that garments should not be soaked in water for long periods of time.

4.) Denim will shrink a little when washed. You can prevent shrinking by hanging upside down by the hems when drying.

The word "thermal" indicates warmth.

This fabric's features include a natural-feeling fit to the body due to its elasticity, smooth feel, and heat-retention that prevents body heat from escaping. It is in high demand as innerwear that can quickly absorb any sweat. Originally invented as a material to be used for underwear, this fabric has both a thick, uneven surface texture and a flat and smooth reverse side.

This is a warm winter material made with polyester fibers that is soft and light. Because it dries quickly even after becoming wet and is light with excellent heat retention, it is has become a fabric that is worn by both men and women of all ages, all over Japan. Recently, there have also been concerns that washing fleece releases microplastics into the ocean and causes pollution.

Velour

Velour

A knit fabric with towel-like loop fibers that are cut with the longer fibers exposed on the front side of the fabric. Name is derived from the Latin word for "covered with fur". A winter material that soft, light, and smooth. Types with stretch have excellent elasticity, so this fabric is often used for gaucho pants and tops.

Denim

Material used for jeans. A woven fabric that appears to have a diagonal line pattern. The warp that is dyed with indigo and the weft that is white are woven together to form a fabric with a textured surface. The color of this fabric fades and changes each time the fabric is washed, and this is one of the reasons for its popularity.

Thick denim is about 14 ounces while a thin denim is about 7 ounces.

"Dungarees" is a word derived from the Indian city name "Dongri".

This is the quintessential material for basic cotton shirts. A plain weave cotton fabric that is densely woven, smooth, and has a sheen. It is also called poplin. This fabric is often used for dress shirts and blouses. With many types of this material having a comfortable stretch, this fabric is easy to move around in, and so more and more types of shirts are being made with it.

A cool, dry, and smooth material. A puckered material that is also called a

"shijira" woven fabric with only a small surface area of the fabric in contact with the skin, which creates a cool feel. This is an especially classic material for shirts for the summer.

Comes in not only solid colors but also patterns, such as checkered prints and stripes. There is also no need to iron this material after washing it, which makes it an easy fabric to care for.

A quintessential material for warm plaid button-up shirts worn in the wintertime. This is a plain weave fabric with a brushed surface that is soft, warm to the touch, and has good heat retention properties. The red, blue, and black tartan check patterns are popular. Products made with this material are comparatively reasonably priced, abundant, and accessible. The wool version of the material is called flannel and the cotton version is called cotton flannel.

A brushed material for shirts worn in the fall and winter seasons. Originally a brushed blended material consisting of 50% cotton and 50% wool thread.

While flannel is a plain weave fabric, Viyella is a twill weave fabric that has a medium thickness and a warm feel.

This material often comes in tartan check patterns and is characteristically used for casual clothing that can be used on a daily basis. Used for shirts and dresses.
