Content Validity
The extent to which a test covers all aspects of the concept it is designed to measure.
Predictive Validity (Criterion-Related Validity)
The ability of a test to accurately predict future performance on related tasks.
Construct Validity
The extent to which a test actually measures the abstract concept it claims to measure, aligning with established theories.
Test-Retest Reliability
A measure of consistency where the same test administered to the same group at different times yields similar scores.
Split-Half Reliability
A method of assessing reliability where a test is split into two halves and the scores from both halves are compared.
Inter-Rater Reliability
The level of agreement between different scorers evaluating the same test, indicating the reliability of the test.
