CAP Health
A centralized medical information system used to support events, medical incidents, or medical emergencies within the Civil Air Patrol.
Database-level Encryption
The security method used to protect all medical information and sensitive data within the CAP Health application.
Tracking and Logging System
A feature ensuring transparency and trust by allowing privileged users to access medical logs for reporting, accountability, and compliance.
My Account
A link that allows a user to see their Health Profile Home Screen.
Update My Health Profile
The link or process that requires a user to acknowledge that parents, guardians, commanders, Health Safety Officers, and emergency personnel may view entered information.
Download Forms/Files
A section containing a list of downloadable forms and files added by CAP Health Administrators.
Personal Information
A quick view of characteristic data and personal details entered through eServices.
Contact Information
An expandable section showing Emergency Contact, Commander Contact, and Health Service Officer Contact Information from eServices.
Insurance Card Data Extraction
A feature that allows users to use a picture of their insurance card to extract data into the Health Profile form.
Sensitive/Personal Medication Type
A setting that allows a user to mask and hide a specific medication from being viewed by other users.
History of Anaphylaxis toggle
A setting that, when set to yes, forces a red notification throughout the Health Profile and requires the user to add an allergy with Anaphylaxis as a typical reaction.
Search for User - Restricted Permission
A capability for users with specific scopes (such as CAP Health/Search or roles in Registration Zone) to find members and view their Health Profile Home Page.
Medical Information Audit Trail
A report showing all transactions against a Health Profile, including the adding, updating, and deleting of information.
Request Update
A form used by users without Medical Update permissions when changes are required on a member's Health Profile; these requests are reviewed by a Health Services Officer.
Medicine Providing module
A tool showing members in a user's scope and their daily medications, allowing the user to toggle if the medicine was Administered or Not Administered.
Transaction Report
A report that monitors who has viewed a member's Health Profile, Incident Report, Medical History, or Allergies Reports.
Fitness Category Report
A report used to view Cadet Fitness Category information by Organization or by Event.
Medicine Self Administered Log
A report for tracking medications given for self-administration, where a job runs daily to mark unacted items as Not Administered.
Incident Report
A detailed record of a specific incident that can be printed as a one-page version for transportation with the member.
Allergies Report
A report that pulls allergy information for a group of members based on Organizations, Events, or Missions.
Incident Detail and Treatment Plan
A module used to record observations and treatments, which can include Subjective, Observation, Assessment, and Plan or Disposition.
CAP eServices Helpdesk
The platform where users should submit enhancements, suggestions, and existing defects regarding the CAP Health application.
