• Ice pack test

• Ach blood test

Ventilatory parameters to always monitor

VT, VC, MIP

Administer atropine to reverse effects

Tx and Management

• Bed rest and soft diet

• Hyperinflation therapy (IS/SMI and IPPB)

• Pulmonary hygiene
