Expansion
The process of increasing an existing Service Provider's coverage to additional stores, markets, or programs.
New Service Provider Expansion Eligibility
New providers must first be onboarded with a PVendor and MVendor before they become eligible for Expansions.
Submission of Expansion Requests
Most requests come from Service Providers, but Merchants and Field Teams can also submit requests.
Install Planner Authority
The Install Planner can approve or reject Expansion requests.
Compliance Team Role
The Compliance Team verifies provider documents during an Expansion.
Documentation Requirement for Expansion
The Expansion cannot proceed until all required documents are current and uploaded.
