Femoral Nerve
Innervates the anterior thigh and quadriceps region, including Rectus Femoris, Vastus Lateralis, Vastus Medialis, Sartorius, and Pectineus.
Obturator Nerve
Innervates the medial/adductor region of the thigh, including Gracilis.
Superior Gluteal Nerve
Innervates Gluteus Medius and Gluteus Minimus.
Inferior Gluteal Nerve
Innervates Gluteus Maximus.
Sciatic Nerve Pattern
Supplies the hamstring region of the posterior thigh.
Tibial Portion of Sciatic Nerve
Innervates Semimembranosus, Semitendinosus, and Biceps Femoris Long Head.
Common Fibular Portion of Sciatic Nerve
Innervates Biceps Femoris Short Head.
Biceps Femoris Innervation Rule
Long head is innervated by the Tibial portion, while short head is innervated by the Common Fibular portion.
Tibial Nerve
Innervates the posterior lower leg (calf), including Gastrocnemius.
Nerve to Piriformis
Innervates the Piriformis muscle.
Psoas Major
Innervated by the Anterior Rami of Spinal Nerves.
