Adolescence

The monthly shedding of the uterine lining through the vagina when the fertilisation does not occur

The time from the first day of one period to the first day of another usually about 28 days

The male sex hormone that supports sperm production and male secondary sexual characteristics
Oestrogen
A female sex hormone that supports female secondary sexual characteristics and the menstrual cycle

A female sex hormone that prepares the uterus for pregnancy
Insulin
A hormone made by the pancreas that regulates blood sugar level

A hormone made by adrenal glands that prepares the Body for emergencies( flight or fight response )
