Spinning Cone Column (SCC)
A chemical-free de-alcoholizing process where wine is placed into a column under vacuum, swirled, and gently heated with steam so volatile alcohol compounds separate and exit, leaving varietal flavors and aromas.

Zonin Cuvée Zero
A Light, non-alcoholic sparkling wine from Veneto made from Glera and other indigenous white grapes, featuring notes of pear, green apple citrus, white flowers, and ripe orchard fruits.

Cleto Chiarli "Brut de Noir"
A Light sparkling wine from Emilia-Romagna made from 85% Lambrusco Grasparossa and 15% Pinot Noir, produced via a single fermentation in an autoclave with a Brut level dosage.
Valdadige DOC
A large wine region in Northeastern Italy following the Adige River Valley in Veneto and Trentino, first cultivated by the Roman Empire where lands were awarded to Legionaries.

Greco di Tufo
An ancient, prestigious white grape variety native to Irpinia in Campania, grown on volcanic ash rock known as tufo.
Timpa
Meaning "Strong Slope", a Feudo Montoni vineyard in Sicily situated on a hard mountain slope exceeding a 70-degree incline, requiring hand-picking in small lots.

Loosen Bros. "Dr. L" Riesling
A Medium Plus white wine from Mosel, Germany, created by Ernst Loosen and his brother Thomas, featuring aromas of ripe peaches, white flowers, lemon zest, and wet-stone.

Vietti Moscato d'Asti
A Medium Plus sparkling white wine from Asti, Piemonte, crushed and pressed in mid-September, naturally clarified by gravity, and cold stored without sulphites before periodic small-batch fermentation.

Vavasour Sauvignon Blanc
A Medium Minus white wine from Marlborough's smaller, cooler Awatere Valley in New Zealand, offering notes of herbaceousness, fresh grapefruit, tropical fruits, and green peppers.

Barricato 40
A Chardonnay wine from Trentino, Italy by Bollini, named for the 40% of the wine that is barrel fermented and undergoes malolactic conversion.

Valravn Fox Block 14
A proprietary Medium-bodied Pinot Noir from Sonoma Coast, CA, made specifically as an exclusive collaboration for North Italia.
Portillo Malbec
A Medium Plus red wine from Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina, named after a mountain passage and recognized in 2011 as the first Argentine Malbec certified by the Carbon Trust.

Iconoclast Cabernet Sauvignon
A Full-bodied Napa Valley red wine produced as a second label by Chimney Rock Winery in the Stags Leap District, overseen by winemakers Elizabeth Vianna and Laura Orozco.

DeLille Cellars "D2"
A Full-bodied Washington State Bordeaux blend consisting of 52% Merlot, 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc, 2% Malbec, and 1% Petit Verdot.

Kòmaros Cònero Rosato
A Medium Minus rosato made from Montepulciano grapes in Marche by Garofoli, named after the Greek word for local Madrone trees.
Barbera
The third most planted grape variety in Italy, native to Piemonte where it is known as 'the people's wine' and is nearly 1,000 years older than Cabernet Sauvignon.
Nebbiolo
A red grape variety originating in Piedmont whose name derives from 'nebbia' (Italian for fog), referring to the morning fogs that blanket the Langhe region.
Setonce system
An ancient planting system based on a hexagonal distribution rather than rows, used in the single-vineyard Pezzo Morgana Negroamaro by Masseria Li Veli in Salice Salentino.

Borgo Scopeto Chianti Classico
A Medium Plus red wine (90% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot and Colorino) from Castelnuovo Berardenga, the southernmost commune in Chianti Classico.
Fontanafredda Barolo
A Medium Plus red wine made from 100% Nebbiolo in the Langhe region of Piedmont by an estate established in 1878, featuring notes of withered roses, violets, and red fruits.
