anatomy demonstrated
maxillary sinus
petrous ridges are demonstrated below the maxillary sinus

what is the pain take away to know its right
petrous ridges are below the maxillary sinus

how do we know something is wrong
petrous ridges are in the maxillary sinus

what is wrong with this positioning wise
MML is not perpendicular to the IR
rotation to the right because the lateral orbital margin on the left is bigger

how do we correct this
extend the C spine until the 37 degrees is reached and is perpendicular to the OML
twist the patients head to the left until mastoid tips are equidistant
