What is it?

Clinical features
fever, headaches, light sensitivity, neck stiffness, joint pains, aching muscles, drowsiness, difficult walking, pinpoint rash and bruising
Management
Rash present? → ceftriaxone and IV fluids
Other factors
Reassess for deterioration, evidence of rashes, signs of shock
