Plus-que-parfait
Expresses an action that was completed before another past action, formed with the imparfait of avoir/être + past participle.
Formation of Plus-que-parfait
Imparfait of avoir/être + past participle of the main verb.
Examples of Plus-que-parfait
J’avais mangé (I had eaten), Elle était partie (She had left).
Irregular past participle of être
été.
Futur Simple
Expresses an action that will happen in the future, formed with the infinitive + endings: -ai, -as, -a, -ons, -ez, -ont.
Common irregular stems for Futur Simple
être → ser-, avoir → aur-, faire → fer-, aller → ir-, venir → viendr-, voir → verr-.
Formation of Futur Conditionnel
Futur simple stem + imparfait endings: -ais, -ais, -ait, -ions, -iez, -aient.
Examples of Futur Conditionnel
Je parlerais (I would speak), Tu vendrais (You would sell).
Futur Antérieur
Expresses a future action that will be completed before another future action, formed with the futur simple of avoir/être + past participle.
Examples of Futur Antérieur
J’aurai fini (I will have finished), Elle sera partie (She will have left).

Same as Plus-que-parfait: été, eu, fait, pris, vu, mis.
