25th Amendment
A way of removing a President from power due to inability to discharge the powers and duties of office.

The process by which a federal official can be charged with wrongdoing and potentially removed from office.

Limits the President's military actions without Congressional approval.
Judicial Review
The power of the Supreme Court and Federal Courts to review the constitutionality of laws.
Civil Cases
Lawsuits involving disputes between individuals or organizations, typically dealing with compensation.
Criminal Cases
Cases involving the prosecution of individuals charged with violating criminal laws.
Supremacy Clause
The Constitution, Federal laws, and treaties take precedence over state laws.
Elastic Clause
Gives Congress the power to make laws necessary and proper to fulfill their duties.
