      or Ravl > 11 mm

  • Left atrial enlargement → p mitrale

  • Q or QS waves

  • poor R wave progression across precordium

  1. echo →

    • ↓ ejection Fraction

    • ventricular enlargement

    • ↑ systolic & diastolic volume
