i previously worked as a hostess when i was in hs, thats where i gained most ofmy customer service experience and im looking for a job where i can exapand my skills and qualities and i saw that u guys were hiring :0

i like bringing good energy wherever I can because i know it helps the the team and also customers. i also work well under pressure , specifically fast paced enviroments.

i’m kind of person that can learn anything if taught, and i love to do it.
i take pride in doing the job well.

how would i define excellent customer service

making sure customers get the best of every visit and are pleased enough to be returning customers.

yeah so im available to work overnight, the schedule listed in the my offer works for me. im flexible with those hours, and im able to commit to the scheduled days.

while i havent worked in a home improvement store. i already have experience working w customers, and im comfrotable in fast paced enviroments. i also love howt the job involves with staying active, working w a team, and staying organized. im willing to learn and help wherever im needed. id also be intrersted learning to operate equipment used for the job.

I tend to over think things, especially when i learn something new, i tend to really want to get it right and so i'll spend too much time thinking about it in my head -There were times that this has hindered my ability to perform with the quickness and efficiency that many situations require

tell me about a time u went above and beyond for a customer

one time, a en elderly woman entered the store and had trouble reading the prices because she forgot her glasses at time. After appraoching her, i offered to read all the prices for her and help her look for what she was looking for.

If a customer is looking for a part but doesn't know what it's called, how would you figure out what they needed?

"If a customer was looking for something that they couldn't clearly identify, I would start by asking thoughtful questions. I may ask them to describe what the part does or where they intend to use it. Requesting details about the material it's made out of, its color, and approximately size could also help. My goal would be to narrow it down based on the details they can provide. That way, we could work our way toward it logically, ensuring they ultimately get what they need."
