Internal Intercostals

A type of joint that is highly mobile, such as the shoulder joint.
Transversus Abdominis
A deep abdominal muscle that aids in respiratory function and stabilization of the core.
Forced Expiration
A process that involves engaging internal intercostals to expel air forcefully.
Clavicle
A bone that is part of the pectoral girdle, providing structural support.
Scapula
The shoulder blade, a component of the pectoral girdle allowing for arm movement.
Respiration
