Colleague
A person you work with at your company department. Pronunciation: COL-league (noun).
Client
A customer who buys your company's professional services or goods. Pronunciation: CLI-ent (noun).
Visitor
A guest visiting your company's physical office site or city. Pronunciation: VIS-i-tor (noun).
Partner
An allied company or external business associate. Pronunciation: PART-ner (noun).
Representative
A person authorized to act and speak on behalf of your firm. Pronunciation: rep-re-SEN-ta-tive (noun).
Founder
The person who established the company site. Dictated example: 'Alex is our original founder.'
CEO / Chief Executive
The top manager running the entire business. Dictated example: 'Mr. Johnson is currently our CEO.'
Director
Senior manager responsible for a major department. Dictated example: 'She is our Sales Director.'
Personal Assistant (PA)
A person who organizes diaries and calendars. Dictated example: 'Ms. Davis is the CEO's personal assistant.'
Board
The directors who govern and control the business. Dictated example: 'The board meets tomorrow in Chicago.'
Staff
All the active employees working in the company. Dictated example: 'Our Singapore office has fifty staff.'
