-The Ottoman Empire was losing territory in the Balkans
-Serbia wanted to unite with Bosnia Herzegovina
-Austria, Hungary wanted Bosnia Herzegovina Because of Serbia
-In 1908 Austria, annexed Hungary and Bosnia Governor angering Serbia
How did France Ferdinand get assassinated?
-On 28th of June 1914 archduke France Ferdinand heir to the Austria- Hungarian throne visited Sarajevo
-he and his wife Sophie were assassinated as second attempt. This was a trigger of World War I.
What were the impacts after France Ferdinand‘s death?
-Austria, Hungary sent mending letters to Serbia
-Serbia agreed to most of them
-Austria, Hungary asked for Germany support in the war
-Russia became mobile to support Serbia
-European rulers tried preventing war
-All alliances led to the domino effect
