Lemon Drop Martini

Glass: Martini or Coupe Glass

• 1.25oz Citron Vodka (Absolut Citron; Deep Eddy Lemon)

• 0.5oz Triple Sec

• 0.5oz Sour Mix

• 0.5oz Simple Syrup

Shake & Strain into Service Glass

Garnish: ½ Sugar rim, Lemon Peel

For flavored Lemon drops, sub the simple syrup for any fruit purée

Ring in: “Choice of Vodka + marg rocks”

Sidecar

like a lemon drop martini, but with cognac!

Glass: Coupe Glass

• 1.25 oz cognac (Hennessy; Remy)

• 0.5oz Triple Sec

• 0.5oz Sour Mix

• 0.5oz Simple Syrup

Garnish: ½ Sugar Rim, Lemon or Orange Twist

for flavored sidecars, replace simple syrup for any fruit purée

Ring in: “Choice of Cognac + marg rocks”

Aperol Spritz

Glass: Wine Glass with Ice

• 3oz House Sparkling Wine

• 2oz Aperol

• 1oz Soda Water

Stir to Combine

Garnish: Orange Slice

Bahama Mama

Glass: 14oz High-Ball with Ice

• 1oz dark rum (Bacardi 8 or Meyers)

• 1oz Malibu

• 1oz Pineapple Juice

• 1oz Orange Juice

Shake and Strain into Service Glass

Top with 0.5oz Grenadine

Garnish: Pineapple or Orange Slice, Cherry (Umbrella Skewered if ya feelin fancy :P)

Liquid Marijuana

**like the “Dangerous Waters” but add Captain and Midori!

Glass: 14oz Hi-Ball with Ice

• 0.5 oz Captain Morgan

• 0.5 oz Malibu

• 0.5 oz Midori

• 0.5 oz Blue Curaçao

• 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice

• 1.5 oz Citrus Sour

Shake and Strain into Service Glass

Garnish Pineapple Slice, Cherry

Irish Carbomb or Irish Slammer

Glass: Pint Glass and Shot Glass

Pint Glass:

• Fill 1/2 with Guinness Draught Can

Shot Glass

• 1oz Bailey’s

• 1oz Jameson

Instruct Guest to drop shot into pint glass and chug!

Jägerbomb

Glass: Double Old Fashioned and Shot Glass

Double Old Fashioned:

• 4oz RedBull

Shot Glass

• 1.25oz Jäegermeister

Instruct Guest to drop shot into double old fashioned glass and shoot!

Lemon Drop Shot

Glass: Shot Glass, ½ Sugar Rim

• Muddle 3 or 4 Lemons in Mixing Glass

• Add Ice

• 1.25oz Barton Vodka

• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup

Shake and Strain into Service Glass

*For flavored lemon drops, sub out simple for any syrup or purée

Skinny Margarita

Glass: ½ Salt Rim, Double Old Fashioned with Ice

• Muddle about 2 handfuls of limes in Mixing Glass (or find 1oz lime juice)

Add Ice

• 1.25oz agave blanco tequila

• 0.5oz orange juice

• A squeeze of simple syrup

Shake and Strain into Service Glass

Top with a splash of soda water

Garnish: Lime squeeze

White Russian

Glass: Double Old Fashioned

• 1oz Barton Vodka

• 1oz Kahlua

• 1oz heavy cream (half n half or milk also)
