Difference between benign and malignant tumours?
Benign – stays in one place, not cancerous; Malignant – invades other tissues, cells spread (metastasis), cancerous
What is metastasis?

Can inherited genes alone cause cancer?
No — they increase risk, but usually other factors also contribute
