Future Simple
A tense used to describe actions that will happen in the future.
Future Anterior
A tense that expresses an action that will have been completed before another future action.
Future Conditional
A tense that expresses a hypothetical or conditional action that could happen in the future.
Plus-que-parfait
A tense that expresses an action that had already happened before another past action.
Formation of Future Simple
Regular verbs form the future simple by adding future endings (-ai, -as, -a, -ons, -ez, -ont) to the infinitive.
Être future stem
The future stem for the verb 'être' is 'ser-'.
Avoir future stem
The future stem for the verb 'avoir' is 'aur-'.
Formation of Future Anterior
Future anterior is formed using the future simple of 'avoir' or 'être' plus the past participle.
