Hi, I'm Kaiqing, and I'm a junior at UT Austin majoring in Arts and Entertainment Technologies.

I have experience in graphic design, visual design, and digital content creation. At CSSA, I create promotional graphics for events using Photoshop and Canva. I've also worked as a UI and Visual Design Intern, where I design digital interfaces and visual assets while maintaining a consistent design style.

In addition, I have experience managing custom artwork commissions, communicating with clients, handling revisions, and meeting deadlines.

what you doing right now

Recently, I've been working on graphic design and visual design projects.

For CSSA at UT Austin, we're preparing Halloween and Thanksgiving posters and event graphics. I focus on making the designs look good and keeping the style consistent.

At Yaotu Technologies, I design website pages, avatars, and content cards. I also make changes based on feedback from my team.

I enjoy working on different types of designs and finding ways to make them look clean and professional.

interested in this position

I'm interested in this position because it matches my experience in graphic and visual design. At CSSA, I create promotional graphics for events, and at Yaotu, I work on digital designs and visual assets.

I noticed that this role involves posters, event programs, and other materials for the annual banquet. I'd enjoy working on these projects because I like creating designs that look good and communicate information clearly. I'm also interested in learning more about print design and working with an organization over the long term.

I really like CCA's mission of protecting the environment and bringing people together to support conservation. I think it's great that the organization uses community events to support something meaningful.

I'd love to contribute through my design skills by creating posters and other materials for your events. I think it would be rewarding to use my creativity to support a cause I believe in.

“What are your pay expectations

I'm looking for around $30 an hour. For project-based work, I'm flexible depending on the scope of the project. Do you have a budget range in mind?
