Project
An endeavor to accomplish a specific objective through a unique set of interrelated activities and effective utilization of resources.
Project Attribute
Characteristics are clear objectives, a series of interdependent activities, various resources, and a specific time frame.

Project Life Cycle

Stakeholder
Individuals or groups who have an interest in the project's outcome, including customers, sponsors, and team members.
Project Charter
A document that formally authorizes a project, outlining its objectives, scope, and resources.
Request for Proposal (RFP)
A document issued by a client to solicit proposals from potential contractors for a project.
WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
A hierarchical decomposition of a project into smaller, manageable components.
Critical Success Factors
Key areas that must be focused on for a project to achieve its objectives.
Project Constraints
Limitations or restrictions that a project may face, including scope, quality, schedule, budget, and resources.
Global Project Management
Management of projects in an international context, considering cross-cultural factors, regulations, and different business practices.
Project Deliverable
A tangible or intangible item that is the result of a project, such as a product, report, or service.
Project Sponsor
An individual or group who provides financial resources and support for the project.

Fixed Price Contract
A contract where the payment amount does not change regardless of the contractor's costs.
