Was the plot ever carried out?

No as Francis Walsingham discovered the plot and placed Throckmorton under house arrest for 6 months before arresting him and torturing him until he confessed and was executed for high treason

An agreement that anyone involved in a plot couldn’t benefit from the Queen’s death
