What is the pass/fail criterion for pressure testing?
Hold for 1 hour with a pressure drop of < 5 psi.
What cleanliness practices are required for high purity?
Double-bagged components, capped pipe ends, gloves during install.
What are common QC fails in the field?
Slight weld irregularity, missing labels, wrong gasket type.
What is the 'PIPE-WELD-TEST' memory system?
