Notes: Should not be used for acute asthma attacks or as a rescue medication.

Use: used for the treatment of allergic rhinitis by reducing inflammation in the nasal passages.
Montelukast sodium

Drug class: leukotriene receptor antagonist
Use: used for the management of asthma and to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergies.
Notes: Works by blocking leukotrienes, thereby reducing inflammation and bronchoconstriction.
Tiotropium bromide

Use: used for the long-term management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and to reduce exacerbations.
Notes: Not for use in acute bronchospasm. It helps to open airways by blocking certain neurotransmitters.
