How to do menu checks
Walk to kitchen area near drinks and collect menus in bin, leave one for servers. Then walk to server side station near table 47 and collect the menus in bin, leave one for servers. Last, walk to host stand and leave menus on top of counter. Clean menus during down time
How to do restroom checks
Look under sink for gloves and put on one. Then look through toilet stalls and pick up garbage to throw away or flush. Then look at toilet paper/toilet seat cover in stalls to make sure it's not low amount. If it is, check under sink for toilet paper and replace low one, throw away low one. Check paper towels besides sink for low amount, if so repeat steps for toilet paper. With gloved hand or foot, push down trash to leave room. Check upstairs for seat covers
How to do roller (silverware) checks
Bring empty roller bins from host stand to the back kitchen area on your left before lockers. Bring new/full roller bins with you to host stand
When do you start table checks
When floor plan shows mostly orange/purple table colors
When lots of ppl are leaving
Color dime time - yellow/beige table
Just started/just sat guests, haven't ordered yet

How to accommodate guests
Opening doors for guests w wheelchair, asking parents if need booster or high table for kids, asking parents if they'd like kids menu for their kids, seating guests w wheelchair at table (to not block way of servers), arranging table for guests if needed, adding chairs for more guests seated at table, if parents want to sit at bar but has kids, offer the chairs near bar (seats 601, 604, 605, 609)
If a guest brings a pet, you are required to ask:
Is this your service animal
Reservation (reso) vs call ahead
Reso- guests request a table in advance/for future date
Call ahead- guests request a table on the day of
Call ahead- what to know
always ask a manager before is its allowed for the day
Dial 211 to communicate with management
