Barrel Reserve

Manhattan

2 dash Angostura, 1 oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth, and 2 oz Sazerac Rye. Stirred with ice in a yari, strained over a large cube in a rocks glass OR into a chilled coupe glass, and garnished with a cherry skewer.

Honey Basil

4 Basil leaves, 1 oz Honey Syrup, 1 oz Lemon Juice, and 2 oz Old Forrester Bourbon. Added to a shaker tin with ice, shaken, strained over fresh ice in a tiki glass, splashed with Soda water, and garnished with a lemon wheel and basil leaf.

Whiskey Sour

1 oz Lemon Juice, 1 oz Demerara, 2 oz Maker’s Mark Bourbon, and 3 dash Fee Foam. Shaken with no ice for 8 seconds, then shaken with ice in the tin. Strained into a chilled coupe, or rocks glass with fresh ice, and garnished with a lemon wheel.

Take Me Home Tonight

.5 oz Simple Syrup, .75 oz Lemon Juice, 1.5 oz Passion Fruit Real Syrup, 2 oz Wheatley Vodka, and a Merlot float. All ingredients except Merlot are shaken in a shaker tin and strained over fresh ice in a red wine glass, floated with Merlot, and garnished with a lemon wheel.

R&R

4 drops Scarborogh bitters, .5 oz Lemon Juice, .5 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup, .5 oz Raspberry Puree, .75 oz Blood Orange Sour, and 2 oz Ford’s Gin. Shaken with ice in a shaker tin, strained into a chilled coupe glass, and garnished with a rosemary sprig.

Apple Pie Rye

Aperol Spritz

2 oz Aperol, 2 oz Prosecco, and 2 oz Soda Water. Added to a red wine glass with ice, quick stirred, and garnished with an orange wheel dropped into the glass.

Margarita

Key Lime Time

1 oz Heavy Cream, 1 oz Coconut Cream, 1 oz Lime Juice, 1 oz Pineapple Juice, and 1 oz Stoli Vanilla. Added to a shaker tin with ice, shaken, and strained into a chilled coupe glass with a graham cracker rim. Garnished with a lime wheel.

Chocolate Martini

1 oz Heavy Cream, 1 oz Trader Vic Chocolate, 1 oz Trader Vic White Chocolate, 1 oz Stoli Vanilla, and 1 oz Van Gough Chocolate. Added to a shaker tin with ice, shaken, and strained into a chilled coupe glass with a chocolate sauce swirl in the bottom.

S’mores Martini

1 oz Heavy Cream, 1 oz Khalua, 1 oz Van Gough Chocolate, and 1 oz Stoli Vanilla. Added to a shaker tin with ice, shaken, and strained into a chilled coupe glass with a graham cracker rim. Garnished with a flamed marshmallow skewer.

Peanut Butter Carajillo

1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter Powder, .5 oz Amaretto, 1.5 oz Licor 43, and 2 oz Cold Brew. Dry shaken in a shaker tin, shaken with ice, double strained into a rocks glass with a large cube, and garnished with crushed reese’s pieces.

Painkiller MOCKTAIL

4 Mint Leaves, 1 oz Coconut Puree, 1 oz Orange Juice, and 2 oz Pineapple Juice. Added to a shaker tin with ice, shaken, dumped into a tiki glass, and garnished with an orange wheel and cherry pick.

Blueberry Mojito MOCKTAIL

4 Mint Leaves, 1 oz Blueberry Puree, and 1 oz Lime Juice. Added to a shaker tin with ice, shaken, dumped into a tiki glass, filled with a splash of soda and a splash of starry, and garnished with a mint sprig and blueberry pick.

1 oz Orange Juice, 2 oz Pineapple Juice, .5 oz Blackberry Brandy, .5 oz Banana Liqueur, 1 oz Dark Rum, 1 oz White Rum, and a float of Grenadine. Added to a shaker tin with ice, shaken, strained into a tiki glass with fresh ice, floated with Grenadine, and garnished with an orange wheel and cherry skewer.

You da Pom (Single Build)

.25 oz Lime Juice, .75 oz Lemon Juice, .5 oz Simple Syrup, .75 oz Pomegranate Liqueur, and 1.75 oz Ketel One Citron.

Simple Syrup Recipe

3.5 quarts water and 3.5 quarts white sugar. Add water to pot on high, bring to boil, stir in sugar, bring back to a simmer, cut heat and let cool. Store in cambro. Label and Date. Yields 5.25 quarts.

Rosemary Syrup Recipe

2 quarts water, 2 quarts white sugar, and 3 sprigs of rosemary. Add water to pot on high, bring to boil, stir in sugar, bring back to simmer, cut heat, add rosemary and let cool. Strain through a fine colander into a cambro. Label and Date. Yields 3 quarts.

Demerara Syrup Recipe

2 quarts water and 4 quarts (16 cups) demerara sugar. Add water to pot on high, bring to boil, stir in sugar, bring back to simmer, cut heat and let cool. Store in Cambro. Label and Date. Yields 4 quarts.

Honey Syrup Recipe

2 quarts honey and 1 quart Water. Add honey to a cambro, add water to pot on high, bring to boil, cut heat and pour water over the honey in the cambro. Stir vigorously until well combined. Let cool, label and date. Yields 3 quarts.

Standard Pour Sizes

Single Pour = 1.5 oz; Neat or Rocks pour = 2 oz; Martini Pour = 3 oz.
