Basic Human Aspiration
The continuous state of being happy and prosperous.
Present Effort (Level 1)
Immediate actions undertaken such as studying, attending coaching, doing internships, researching, or painting.
To Become (Level 2)
Roles or professions chosen as potential steps to fulfill basic aspirations, such as an engineer, doctor, farmer, artist, or teacher.
To Get / Do (Level 3)
Achievements and activities like getting money, earning name and fame, innovating, taking care of parents, gaining power, or earning respect.
To Be (Level 4)
The ultimate state of being happy and prosperous in continuity.
1-2-3-4 Planning Approach
Planning life by executing steps and efforts without first having clarity about one's basic human aspiration.
4-3-2-1 Planning Approach
Planning life by first developing clarity regarding one's basic aspiration (to be happy and prosperous in continuity) and then deriving the appropriate steps, roles, and efforts.
Assignment 1.1
A task to get to know batch mates in order to be able to introduce at least 5 of them in detail.
Assignment 1.2
A task requiring students to record their aspirations (including family, peer, and national expectations) and concerns or problems in their UHV-I Notebook.
Role of UHV
A framework intended to help individuals understand their basic aspiration, learn the program to fulfill it, and focus effort so concerns resolve naturally.
