The Mindanao Sketches is based on the rhythm of the dances and songs of the Manobo tribe who duel in the hinterland of Bukidnon (located in Mindanao).
Kundiman

Jocelynang Baliwag (Jocelyna-Pepita) is known as the Kundiman of the Revolution because it was a nationalistic song and every verse it starts with the initials of Pepita.
Art song kundiman refers to a specific genre of the kundiman that has been elevated to a more formal, artistic level, often compared for classical vocal performance. The lyrics are poetic; it's an art song.

Glow foods - are fruits and vegetables that help our body feel good and protect us from sickness
Calories (or kilocalories) - are units of heat that measure the energy used by the body and the energy that foods supply to the body.

•Eat a variety of foods everyday.
•Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
•Have 8-10 hours of sleep.
•Consume fish, lean meat (meat/foods with low fat), poultry, or dried beans.
•You should eat foods cooked in edible/cooking oil. (Olive oil is the healthiest oil)
•Consume milk/dairy products, milk products and other calcium-rich foods such as small fish and dark leafy vegetables.
•Use iodized salt but avoid excessive intake of salty foods.
•Eat clean and safe foods. Handle and prepare food safely by observing cleanliness. Wash hands and use clean utensils in preparing and cooking food.
•Exercise regularly, do not smoke, and avoid drinking alcoholic beverages.
•You should get 60 minutes or more of exercise a day, which can be separated into parts like 20 minutes in the morning, afternoon and evening. Just get your body moving, it doesn't have to be complicated like hitting the gym everyday.
•Cut down on sugary foods and replace them with nutrient-rich foods like fish, veggies, and foods that have healthy fats such as avocados.

Macronutrients are considered bigger nutritional categories such as carbohydrates, proteins, and fats while micronutrients belong to the smaller nutritional categories coming vitamins and minerals like iron, zinc, calcium, folate, and Vitamins B, C, and E.
