* Either inadequate hemoglobin or RBC can lead to anemia
* Hg: hemoglobin concentration
* Hct: hematocrit concentration (packed cell volume)
* RBC: red blood cell count

→ Normal Hg and Hct Levels
* Hg < 13 in men; Hct
