(this is not a comprehensive summary, its what i personally forgot and im just repeating it now to know what to focus on)
Cohesion = hydrogen bonds between molecules
Adhesion = water molecules sticking to a surface
Dehydration synthesis = adding monomers by removing water
Hydrolysis = breaking down polymers by adding water
Protein structures:
Primary structure = sequence of amino acids
Secondary structure = folding amino acids either in alpha-helix shape or beta-plated sheet.
Tertiary structure = hydrogen and ionic bonds forming between the side chains (the protein gains a shape)
Quaternary structure = multiple polypeptide protein chains creating one large polypeptide (famous example is hemoglobin; this happens only in some proteins)
isotomes = Forms of atoms with a different amount of neutrons in the nucleus than the original atom
